The Church possesses a beautiful interior and a valuable art treasure. The 12th century baptismal font in Tournai limestone is a masterpiece of Romanesque sculpture. On three of the four sides of the cockpit are legends in the life of Saint Nicholas of Myra sculpted in relief.

We also see the oldest representation of a ship with steven helm.
